Natural Disasters will continue to occur, and "Disaster Relief" is here to help. Natural Disasters such as tornadoes, floods, fires, hurricanes, snow and ice storms are the most common disasters that they respond to. The Disaster Relief Effort has people ready to survey immediate needs. They have food, water, clothing and many other needed items ready to be loaded on trucks which leave promptly to deliver the help needed. Donations of money and supplies are a constant need...
House of Bread
The House of Bread nourishes the bodies, minds, hearts and souls of our guests, while serving as a bridge to other beneficial community resources.
The Other Place
The Other Place serves as an advocate for people who are experiencing homelessness or are in danger of losing their homes, while working to educate the community at large about the causes of and solutions to homelessness. The Other place also provides a broad range of direct services to persons who are currently experiencing homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, or are formerly homeless, and works with community partners to develop and operate permanent supportive housing that provides a way out of homelessness.
